Novaswitch does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) to external servers. All data handled by the extension is stored locally on your device using Chrome's secure storage APIs.

• Proxy Profiles: Host addresses, ports, and credentials (if provided).
• Routing Rules: URL patterns you define for automated proxy switching.
• Settings: Your preferences for Stealth Mode and UI customization.

2. Permissions Justification

Novaswitch requests specific permissions solely to provide its core service. We adhere strictly to the "Single Purpose" policy of the Chrome Web Store:

• Proxy: To configure and manage your browser's proxy settings.
• Storage: To save your proxy profiles and rules locally.
• webRequest: To detect authentication challenges from configured proxy servers.
• Privacy: To enable WebRTC leak protection in "Stealth Mode."

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Since no data is collected on our servers, there is no database to share or compromise.

4. Security

Your configuration data is stored within the sandbox profile of your Chrome browser. We recommend protecting your device and browser profile with strong passwords to ensure local security.
