1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to SA Infotech. By accessing our website (sainfotech.co.in) or engaging our Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.

2. Description of Services

SA Infotech provides expert cybersecurity services, including but not limited to: Web Application Penetration Testing, Mobile App Security, API Testing, Network Audits, AI/LLM Security Assessments, and Thick Client Testing. All services are performed by certified professionals following industry best practices.

3. Authorization & Rules of Engagement

By engaging us for security testing, you represent and warrant that you are the owner of the target infrastructure or have explicit, written authorization from the owner to conduct such testing. You agree to provide a clear "Rules of Engagement" (RoE) document before any testing begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful assessment, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the scope.
• Grant all necessary access permissions and administrative credentials where applicable.
• Ensure that backups are taken before testing begins (though we strive for non-disruptive testing).
• Designate a primary point of contact for emergency communication during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

We treat all client data, assessment findings, and reports as highly confidential. SA Infotech retains all rights to its proprietary methodologies, tools, and scripts. The final assessment report is granted to the client for their internal use and remediation purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use the highest industry standards, cybersecurity testing involves inherent risks. SA Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific engagement.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be specified in the individual statement of work (SOW) or quote. Payments are typically due according to the schedule outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SA Infotech harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or any unauthorized use of the target systems being tested.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
